Raclette/Fondue

Fondue is a Swiss classic of melted cheese served in a bowl in the middle of the table for everyone to share. Raclette is lesser known, but is a cheese that melts easily and is a Clark family tradition. Pictured above is melted raclette cheese to the side of thinly sliced meats.

Fun fact: Most restaurants serve fondue in the basement due to the “stinky” cheeses.
