Le Relais De l’Entrecote is a tradition in the Clark family. When Andrew’s family lived in Geneva, Switzerland during his childhood, this restaurant quickly became a family favorite. The only thing they serve: steak frites.
Paris is the original location. The restaurant does not take reservations and there is always a line outside before they open at 7:00pm. They seat first come first serve and once the restaurant is full, you stand outside waiting. Trust me. It is worth the wait.
Everyone’s meal comes with a small salad, baguette bread, entrecote steak cooked to your liking and frites. But let’s talk about the best part, the sauce. It’s a secret recipe that will have you wanting to recreate it. There is nothing else like it.
