Julie and Clark’s Itinerary

For my 30th birthday, Andrew told me to take a week off work and that he was going to plan a trip but keep all the details a surprise. I’m not very good at keeping surprises myself, but Andrew managed to keep this one from me for a solid 6 months. At the airport, he finally told me our first destination: PARIS.

I could barely contain my excitement and was jumping up and down in the middle of the airport. Even better news – zero chance of rain! We got to relive our honeymoon and cross of bucket list items I regretfully did not complete on our first trip to Paris.

I kept having to pinch myself – is this real life? Yes, yes it is. I’m so lucky to have this incredible husband of mine. Not only did he plan every detail of the trip according to things I love, but he also was pretty darn frugal. Scoring an amazing deal on airfare allowed him to splurge on nicer hotels and some unforgettable meals.

I don’t know how I will ever repay him, but I’ll start by trying to be nicer to him 🙂
